What is DLC?
DLC is a weekend where brothers and sisters from all around the district assemble for workshops and activites led by the Western District officers!
When should I arrive?
DLC will officially start of Friday, but you can arrive any time throughout the day on Friday or Saturday morning. Coordinate with the brothers or sisters at your school and let us know when you plan on arriving when you fill out the registration survey!
What if I'm flying?
Luckily, the Eugene Airport is just a fifteen minute drive away from the University of Oregon campus! Let us know if you will be flying in and we will coordinate to pick you up at the airport!
How do I get around Eugene?
Most of the housing accomodations that we will set up are just a couple blocks from campus and the School of Music where most of the weekend's events will be held. Pretty much everything is within walking distance or easily accessible by public transportation or a short car ride.
Are there places to eat in Eugene?
No... Just Kidding! There are some awesome places to eat right in walking distance from the School of Music, including many right on campus (tons of coffee shops and cafes, Panda Express, and Subway are all on UO campus). Right near by is our main street of shops and restaurants on 13th street (Starbucks, Cafe Siena, Caspian Mediterranean Cafe, Espresso Roma, Maple Garden, Alder Street Fish Co, Milky Way Bagels, Yogurt Extreme, Noodle Head, Taylor's Bar and Grill, East Meets West, Qdoba).
Also, don't forget to visit Eugene favorite Prince Pucklers - local gourmet ice cream! Yum!
